Terms and conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of digital products offered on the BandCopilot website (https://www.bandcopilot.com).

3. Products
BandCopilot sells digital products (templates) delivered in digital form only. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code). BandCopilot reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Order
Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms. The customer acknowledges having reviewed the essential characteristics of the product before purchase.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, Mollie, or equivalent). BandCopilot does not have access to customers’ banking data.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately after payment validation via the user account or any specified method.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By confirming the order, the customer: - requests immediate access to the product - expressly waives their right of withdrawal
9. No refund policy
Due to the immediate access to digital products, no refunds are granted, except in case of a proven technical issue preventing access.
10. Access to products
Access is provided for a minimum duration depending on service availability. BandCopilot reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service. In case of permanent shutdown, a reasonable period may be granted to retrieve content.
11. Liability
BandCopilot does not guarantee that the products will meet the customer’s specific expectations. Products are provided “as is”. BandCopilot shall not be held liable for: - service interruptions - improper use of the products - consequences resulting from the use of purchased content
12. Intellectual property
All products remain the exclusive property of BandCopilot. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Invoicing
An invoice may be provided upon request.
14. Professional customers
These Terms also apply to professional customers. Certain consumer protection provisions may not apply in such cases.
15. Mediation
In case of dispute, consumers may seek mediation for amicable resolution. Mediator contact details can be provided upon request.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. French courts shall have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
