BandCopilot is a platform that allows artists and music groups to: - create public press kits (EPKs) - receive booking requests - organize their musical activity The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of results.
4. Access to the service
The service is accessible via the internet. BandCopilot strives to ensure continuous access but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.
5. Account creation
Some features require account creation. Users agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
6. Acceptable use
Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws. They must not: - publish illegal, defamatory, or harmful content - interfere with the proper functioning of the service - misuse the platform

Users guarantee that: - they own the necessary rights - they have obtained required permissions - the content does not infringe third-party rights Users retain ownership of their content. They grant BandCopilot a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content within the service.
8. Public pages (press kits)
Press kits may be made publicly accessible online. They may be indexed by search engines. Users are solely responsible for the information they choose to make public.
9. Illegal content reporting
Users may report illegal content at: contact@bandcopilot.com The report must include sufficient information to identify the content. BandCopilot reserves the right to remove any unlawful content.
10. Moderation
BandCopilot may: - remove non-compliant content - suspend or delete accounts without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms.
11. Liability
BandCopilot acts as a hosting provider for user-generated content. BandCopilot shall not be liable for: - user-generated content - lack of results (bookings, visibility, opportunities) - service interruptions or technical issues
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
13. Account deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time. Deletion results in removal of associated data, subject to legal obligations.
